Ferari was never really ours; I met her 10 years ago when we started feeding the ferals at work, a scrappy little thing that we thought for ages were a tom, until we had her spayed.
She never liked or trusted any one, but she would come when she was called for her breakfast and supper. Ahe would wait at the gate and run with you all the way to the feeding station, so fast, so agile, such a cat.
She went missing two weeks ago and we were not overly worried, she tend to do that now and then, but when 7 days turned into 14 we knew something happened, and started asking around if anyone has seen her because everyone knew her.
We found out today………
Ferari was killed last week, not by a car, not by a dog she was shut in a kiln; they pulled out her body last week, and no one told us.
I am so angry and so sad no one deserve to go that way.
I will miss her every day.
You were never mine, but you were mine.
