Fred Red, our good boy! I will never forget the love you brought to my life. You were only here for a short time, but you made an impact on me. I can not forget your enthusiastic bark, and the way you were so protective over me while I was pregnant with Melody. You would sit in my lap and growl at anyone, including Daddy, who stepped foot in the living room. I thought you were so funny!!!
Daddy didn’t always think so:<)
When Melody came, you would sleep under her bassinet, and when she was in the swing you would stare her way. There has never been a doggy who loved the gas logs like you did! No matter where you were in the house, the second they lit up, you would run over, and make your circle and lay down by the heat. We called you Casanova!
I love you so much, Fred Red, and I miss you! I will never forgive myself for letting you sneak out the door that day without your leash. But I guess as a squirrel dog, you were doing your job to chase after the squirrel. I wish I could hold you in my arms, but until I can hold you again, I will hold you forever in my heart. I love you Fred Red.
