I got Gidgey the day she turned 6 weeks old and was blessed to have her in my life for just over 20 years. Through her life at the age of 8 she lost a hind leg to VAS and while others might have given up at that time with the help of my beloved vet she managed to stay with me for another 12 years. She became a story because of her survival. It broke my heart to have to let her go and part of me went with her and that is a part that I will never get back. She was and always will be my preciouse baby girl and will be remembered as such. She leaves behind to miss her (besides me and her human grandma who loved her) two companions, Buffy and Princess. I know that she is now whole again and at peace but I will miss her everyday until the day somes when I can hold her in my arms again and we cross the Rainbow Bridge together.
Rest in Peace My Precious Angel,
Gidget |
