Sweet baby Grabber, you were here and gone in a moment. Such a short time we had together. I keep looking up, expecting you to come walking around the corner, little green collar jingling. It is hard for my head to accept that you are gone, although in my heart I know you are no longer of this world.
You really were something special. Such an energetic little guy. You were full of life and fun. I know that you always pictured yourself to be a ferocious beast. You fit well in our family, and there is no a hole where you should be. You were a little girl’s first pet and first animal love. You hold a special place in my heart.
You don’t have to wait on me to move on to heaven. If you want to go ahead, I’ll catch up. I look forward to spending the time we should have had together. I hope there are many toes to bite where you are now.
