It’s been a while since our lives crossed but you live on in my heart for you were such a wonderful friend and companion. He left a marvelous tribute to the breed in his many offspring. He truly enriched so many lives he is remembered fondly and with love so many years after his passing. I know that he and I will be together again for he and I had a very special bond. If there ever was or is a Great Dane that lives up to his name it was Ike. I love you and always hold dear the time we had together. I miss you some days more than others but know you’re waiting for me to join you one day.
