You came along so soon after I lost my previous buddy Pooh and as always your timing was wonderful. You arrived at my door later in your life but I hope I made your last few years a fun and happy time which I think I did. For such a small dog, you ate like a horse which always made me chuckle. How I enjoyed our many many walks at the dog park, always keeping an eye on you and that effective nose of yours trying to spy out little critters to eat. Just sitting at home watching TV with you on my lap or just sitting quietly on the floor beside my chair watching the hockey game with me.
You were by far the toughest dog I have ever known and we never one to whine or complain and you were completely loyal to the end. I hope I eased your pain and I know you are somewhere better with an endless supply of snausages and carrots. I miss waking up and seeing you in your basket beside my bed and it is going to take me a while to get that image out of my head…but at least it is an image that makes me smile and remember you fondly….
Your best bud,
