Jake I miss you soooo much! I think about that day I picked you out at the shelter, you just kept looking at me and wiggling until I took you home. We all miss you and cannot believe 15 years and 3 months passed by so fast. Dukers is lost without you. Everyday Blake tells me how much he misses you. I still get teary thinking about you, you were a huge piece of my life and always will be. I hope heaven is nice, see you someday. I hope you know I did not want to let go of you. My heart is missing a piece without you here.
