Jenna-
You always were the perfect dog.
From the second I got you I knew
that there would never be another like you.
God guided me to you…
helped me choose you…
and you were the best dog a girl could ask for.
I remember so many fond times with you
times we had growing up together.
I always said when you were a puppy
(and you put your head on my stomach)
that I would someday do the same to you.
And so when we got older I did.
I know towards the end.. things weren’t the same.
I got busy and I didn’t spend as much time with you as I wish I could have.
But you know I love you
and always will
because I wouldn’t be the same person I am today if I didn’t have the honor of knowing you.
You’re the most forgiving and loving creature on this planet….
And now I know you’re in heaven
with Jesus and God watching you.
They’ll take care of you and love you
and someday I’ll see you again. And until then…. you’ll be happy and free. I love you with all of my heart, Jenna, and will never forget you. Ever.
