My Kelly Ann was a rescue dog from the Pocono Pet Rescue, they found her chained on a run to a clothes line and the owners moved away and left her behind. I was searching on the web at petfinders.com when I came across to her. It was love at first sight. I knew this beautiful puppy was going to fill that empty spot in my heart after the passing of my Kandy 1 year before.
We were blessed with Kelly for 6 yrs. She was the best, and most loving puppy we ever owned. Then we noticed her breathing so heavy I brought her to the vet and after many test they found a cancerous tumor on the right side of her heart, the sack around her heart was filling with fluids they wanted to put her down that day. They tried removing the fluids to relieve the pressure on her heart. We brought her home, with success for 2 days you would never think my Kelly was dying, then the fluids came back and her liver and stomach was starting to fill up. My husband & I decided we did not want to see our Kelly suffering any more. So with the help of the good Lord, he gave me courage to take Kelly back to put her down, that was the hardest thing I ever had to do was to sign my Kelly’s death papers.
This is for you my sweet angel Kelly, Daddy & Mommy miss you so very much; the house is so quiet without you. Remember what I told you to be sure to meet us at the Rainbow Bridge. We would give up tomorrow to spend one more yesterday with you. God just got the best present he’ll ever get MY KELLY ANN
We love & miss you, Kelly,
