Lakota was the best grouse dog ever. He and my husband would go out for hours in rain and snow and they both loved it. I guess what I miss the most is his silkey ears and big paws and the way he would look at me when he had to go out side.
It been over a year now and I still cry for you. I see the fall comming now and that’s when I miss you the most the golden color of the fields remind me of you. I remember the last time we spent together before you got sick. We went for a walk in the snow and I road in the baby`s sled and you jumped in!! I laughed so hard. I think about those times alot.
I will never forget.
