It was all so sudden and I felt helpless not being able to do anything to help you as you lay in the towel on my lap.
I am so sorry Lex!! But I know you are at peace now and will never hurt again. I am so glad to have been able to spend this short amount of time with you. You touched my life with your tiny feet and pink nose. Always so curious and loving. So eager to be out of your cage and into my arms.
I will never forget you Lex!! I love you and hope that are happy wherever you are now.
