Our precious baby Jay,
You were rescued from a truck stop in Louisiana. in unforeseen environment and starving to death. I was afraid to let you sleep by yourself. I placed on my chest and that’s where you slept for 3 days. Until I was able to get you to the vet on the forth day. You were put on several meds; you were looking good and gaining weigh. Thought we had battled that horrible illness.
Well on a Sunday morning we woke to find you had passed. I guess you were tired of fighting to breathe. I felt so empty when you passed. Like my heart was taken. Well it was you stole our hearts and we will forever be grateful to have been blessed with you. Your big sister Pie took you as her own. She misses you as much as we do. You taught us so much, like how not to give up and and how to care for such a fragile little baby. You will be terribly missed by all who had the honor to know you. We love you, Son. Until we meet at the bridge. Run fast! Play hard. And help the good Lord pour out the rain. As when we see a rainbow. We shall see you.
