Maruca,
I learned from you to have a voice, to have strenght, dignity and class.
You were so soft, so sweet, so brave. The smartest and so playful.
Always my best friend, always ready to talk, to demand attention, to enjoy a cuddle. You were so warm.
I loved you before I met you, I loved you since the first day, I loved you more than I love the sun and the rabbits. Más que al sol y los conejos.
Maruquita, bubu, mi mimi, coneja, monkie, pantera rosa, patas de conejo, ratona, mi niña, mi hija, mi bebé.
You came to me on the summer of 1998, in Tijuana. We went through a lot and you were always nice. We moved 5 times, you came with me to a new city. I bought a house thinking of you and Chata, thinking on a patio to take sun baths and eat grass and enjoy the fresco. Aaron and Paola, later, used to go camping with you in the patio. I loved to see you there and talk with you through the door.
So many memories, my dear. So much love.
I will miss you forever. I hope now you are free and happy and really really wish we would meet again. And you´ll be perfect, no diseases, no age, no meds, no hurts. Only love.
I loved you before I met you más que al sol y los conejos.
