Max, you were the light in my life. When I first saw you I knew we were meant to be together. You were always were by my side, through good times and bad. You licked away my tears when I was sad and you jumped all over me when I was happy. It seemed you were in perfect health and then one day I felt that lump. You were only 4 yrs old!
I tried to help you by getting you treatments, which you handled so well. I thought you were gonna beat this thing. You got and gave me 8 more happy months. I guess your time was up and I saw you getting weak,you tried so hard right till the end. I knew it was time to let you go and be at rest. Today the light in my life is dim, but the spark will shine in my heart for you forever. Until we meet again my friend.
