Maximus,
You did not get to spend a very long time with us, but in that short amount of time, you lived a great life. We have so many fond memories of you that we will never forget. You loved life to the extreme, and you were the happiest animal we have ever seen. We hope you forgive us for what we felt we had to do. If we thought there was any way possible to make you better and keep you with us we would have spent anything to do that. It kills us to know that you were only allowed to be with us for 2 years, and that your injuries could have been prevented. But, we know that you live now in a much better world, and are together with all of our loved ones, and are excited that you get to bring them happiness and joy now every day. We Miss you Buddy!!!!!
