My beautiful black fluffy Mickey was put to sleep on 5/27/2001. We were together for over 12 years. My heart has been torn to pieces. I cannot stand the thought of coming home and him not be there to greet me.
I must tell myself that he is in a better place with the angels and that there is no more discomfort. I miss his smell his fur just his presence. But we had no choice the time had come. I have a few pictures of him (one in my office) I look at it constantly. I just wish I had one more day.
