My Miko was a present for my 10th golden birthday. A breeder brought a litter of kittens to our farm and I was allowed to pick which one I wanted. Miko came and sat on my foot, and I knew he was mine. Never was a pet so loved. His bright blue eyes danced with mischief constantly and you would gladly give anything to hear his soft, happy purr. Miko fathered 3 litters of kittens with Brittany Sue before she passed away from twisted intestines. When I moved out of my parents house, my folks wouldn’t let me take Miko to the city with me, so I tried to make frequent trips back to the farm to visit. He was a happy farm cat, for a pampered siamese!
Miko passed away after having a seizure at the age of 10 yrs old. I cried for 3 days straight, so sorry to have not been with my first baby when he passed away.
I am lucky today to be the proud mommy of his only known grandchildren, William T and Rossalyne Renee. I treasure every minute with them and know their grampa is watching over us. I think of him every day still and wish I could have done more to be with my favorite boy.
