Today I lost a dog that I loved so much.
We got Mollie at a flea market in August of 1988.
She was buried underneath all of her brothers and
sisters the man who was giving her away called her the "runt"
but to me that made her all the more special.
She loved pizza My mom worked at a pizza restaurant and
everyday when she came home with a pizza box Mollie would bark
and howl and when she would not come home with that pizza box
Mollie would look at her and bark as if to say "how dare you
came home with no food for me!"
When I was a wild teen-ager staying out all night she would wait
up for me. She was the best dog I ever had. I had not seen here in
about 2 months because she lived with my parents in a different city.
I wish I could have seen her one last time.
This morning she was put to sleep. She had not eaten in about
a week and she could not move so I know it was the best thing.
She is now an angel with all the pizza she could ever want 🙂
