People often say they have found a soul mate
in their husband or wife.
I also was lucky enough to find a soul mate in my cat Morgan.
He was so special to me.
We were always together and he often sat on my lap.
Morgan was put to sleep this past Monday (11-12-01)
because he had a disease that there was little to no chance
he would survive and even if he did survive
he would go through a lot of pain.
We could not do that to our beloved cat.
I miss him so much.
We have four other cats and are going to adopt another.
Although we know it will never replace Morgan,
it will ease the grief.
I don’t know what I should put down as my story.
I am still in shock to some extent.
I keep expecting him to do things that only he used to do.
I guess I just need someone else to know
how much I am hurting and
how much Morgan is missed.
