Nanook lost his battle with kidney disease June 11, 2003. He hasn’t been sick since he was a kitten and has had 15 1/2 years of great health then fell ill and was gone within 4 days, it feels like we been hit with a truck. He showed no signs of being sick up until then.
You always new Nanook was in the room because of his unique meow (he was part Siamese) and always there to give you attention when you needed it the most. He loved playing with his younger brother as well and they played like kittens right up till the end, Riggs misses him so much.
Since his passing the house has a silence that is unbearable and we miss him alot.
He is now home with his sister Monster who he was so close to until her death of kidney disease as well in 1997.
He will always be in our hearts and in our memories.
