Nexus God placed you in my life at just the right time. He filled you with love and a desire to protect. Your sweet disposion was a joy to all that knew you and now after you are gone that is what they remember about you. Actually you were nothing but a big teddy bear but always ready to defend like a lion if the need arose. As the pages of our life unfolded and we went through the good and the bad times you were always there to give me strength and support. I could lay down at night in perfect peace knowing you were on guard.
This is my first night without you and the tears are a steady stream. It is after 3 in the morning and sleep eludes me. You are not here to guard us. Your three little friends the pot-belly pigs that you grew up with. They have searched for you all day. The cats did the same and they will continue to search because you left a void in all our lives.
Forgive me for not spending more time with you and for not taking you for more truck rides. Forgive me for not doing more of the things you loved. And most of all if I could have done something to save your life and didn’t forgive me. I loved you so much and should have told you more often. Keep your eyes on the Rainbow bridge my love. We will cross over one by one and meet you there.
