Oh Oliver! Your demise came so suddenly! On Saturday, I took you to the vet, then to the emergency clinic where you spent the night. You came home for one day but then regressed back to your pain. I made the heart wrenching decision to ease you of your pain. You never lifted your head the whole time. As I watched you slip away, I couldn’t believe that this was actually happening! I remember when you came into my life…it was after Thanksgiving of 2001. I had wanted a friend for my other cat. I picked you up at the animal hospital and you stayed with me for 4 wonderful years! I thought I’d be putting Whiskey down before you! Your kidneys just wouldn’t let that happen!
