Ozzie by Butch & Sherry Weaver / Daddy, Mum, Melani, Randi, Roxie, Joe, Jazzy and Izzie

Oh Ozzie. I don’t even know where to begin. We loved you from the minute we rescued you until the very last breath you took yesterday. You were a very good boy and I always said “you were no trouble at all!” When you first came home, you grew attached to Ziggy, our black lab. You were always with him either playing, eating, sleeping or standing on his back to see over the fence better. I believe the devastating loss of our beloved Ziggy in June was the beginning of the end for you. You were depressed and became so ill so quickly. In early November we got the unthinkable diagnosis of cancer. We were shocked. You were only 8. Your poor little body just couldn’t take anymore and we decided to give you the best Christmas present we could give you, the end of your pain. It was an extremely hard decision to make. We love you so much. Our home will never be the same even though you have 1 brother and 3 sisters here with us. You were “my sweet angel on earth and now you are my sweet angel in heaven.” We will see you very soon. Until then, take care Pozzie and remember how much you are loved.

Loving you forever...........
Ozzie
