LOVE

The kind of love I speak of and that seems to be lacking in

this world is the truest form of love. I speak of Unconditional love.

One that knows no anger or jealousy one that does not care what

you do for a job weather you are rich or poor ugly or handsome.

It is love in the purest sense of the word and God has put it

within our reach each and every one of us.

It is so very seldom that a person gets to experience this unconditional love.

I feel lucky because I have been very fortunate to have

experienced this unconditional love tenfold.

There was a very special friend who showed me such unconditional

love that I am lost without her.

This morning she died.

She was the best friend I have ever had. Peggie is her name and

she was my dog. I will miss her dearly.

My life is forever changed because of her and I am one of the

luckiest people in the world. She helped me through some very

difficult times with my depression and terminal illness.

My heart is broken but I know she is out of pain and

that God has a good and wonderful companion with him in heaven.

I miss her so very much. I miss her meeting me at the door with

her tail waging and excitement in her eyes.

I miss her kisses and hugs. It did not matter to her if I was late and

she was always happy to see me.

If only humans could love so unconditionally the world would

be a much better place.

Peggie has a big and wonderful sole full of love for everybody and

I know she is in Heaven. Although I image she is sniffing all over

heaven or running after all the deer.

She is gone from my life and I will miss her very much.

She has given me many happy memories and has helped me through

many low points in my life all with a kiss and a wag of her tail and

such great loyalty and abundant love.

Peggie I want you to know that my life is truly empty without you.

You are the light of my life a light that shines much dimmer now.

You will always be in my thoughts and heart and you have my undying

love and affection until I come home.

With all my love

Your Friend Jim
