Though it was time to let you go
there is something I want you to know.
It was so hard for me that day I put you to rest you were
so sweet. That was the hardest thing I had ever done.
We've been a lots of miles together you and me.
We had 15 happy years together.
But I could not see you suffer any longer
I love you to much for that.
I know you are better off in God's hands now.
Though I had to let you go I will see you again someday
at the bridge and we will be together once more.
I will miss you for ever little buddy.
