how Mommy misses and thinks of you.
You were a special little girl to me.
I remember when daddy brought you and your sister home.
You were my bed partner from the start.
You loved to get under the covers with me.
I was so lucky for you to be in my life
you touched my heart in many ways.
You loved to go on walks with me in the woods
you followed me everywhere.
Your spirit always soaring and your kindness was your way.
I hated the day you got sick
mommy knew it had to be the "c" word.
Cancer took all of your sisters and brothers before you.
And my fears were true you were put to rest.
I will never forget you and the love you shared with me.
I will see you again to hold
you in my arms never to let go.
