This tribute is dedicated to the most blessed and loving dog that ever lived….our dog “Pongo”. Pongo wasn’t just our pet, Pongo was one of the family. Pongo did everything with us. Went to family get togethers, went on trips (personal and business), gave my husband company when he worked, helped us fall asleep at night, and most of all, Pongo showed me how wonderful having a dog could be.
I just recently had the fortune of becoming Pongo’s mommy, but my husband was fortunate to be Pongo’s father for over 10 years. Pongo made me smile at all times. Long time friends will also miss Pongo extremely, as they always associated Pongo with my husband. When you saw Wesley, you knew Pongo was around. It’s hard for us to understand why Pongo was chosen to go be with Jesus so soon and why he had to go the way he did, but the only comfort that my husband and I have is that it was God’s timing and we will be with Pongo again….sometime…
when we too will go be with Jesus.
We will always remember and love you Pongo!!!
