My Princess, my “little girl”, I love and miss you so much. You were a loving and loyal companion, my best friend. You were always there for me through all my hard times. Thank you for the 6 years of love and joy you gave me. I am so sorry you had to go so soon. No other pet will ever take the place of you. You are part of the most special place in my heart. Someday I will meet you at the rainbow bridge, and I will call out to you “Princess, where are you?” like I always did, and you will run to me with your tail up meowing, and I will scoop you up in my arms and kiss your soft head. I sit here, alone, without you, and my heart is broken. My life is not the same without you in it. I wake up in the morning and for a brief moment, I think you are here with me. Then the reality of you being gone hits me all over again….and I cry. I know someday the pain will get better, but even so, not a day will ever go by that I won’t think of you. Goodbye my angel. Goodbye for now.
