Puki by Pat Nuzman / Gramma Pat

Puki,

I miss you so much. I picked up your ashes one week from the day I had to put you down. Just having them close by, gives me some comfort. They lay on your side of the bed at night and sit on the dresser during the day, much like you did in life. I am sure, in time, your place will be the dresser, but for now I need you by me.

Remember, you are my forever friend. And someday we will be together again. Death will not separate us, because a part of me went with you and a part of
you stayed behind in my heart.

I will always love you
Puki
