Reese and Reno were two chihuahuas that I inherited from my uncle. Born a few months apart, they were inseperable. Reno was diagnosed with Cushings, but was kept stable for over 5 years. He health recently declined and we made the decision to euthanize him yesterday (8/14/10). A few hours after he was gone, Reese went into severe congestive heart failure and had to be euthanized. As she had always been healthy, this was quite a shock. It is my belief that they were so bonded that she did not want to be here without him and instead decided to follow him to the Rainbow Bridge where they would be together forever. RIP my babies…I love you and will miss you and will see you again one day.
