Rhambo by Entire Family / Stephanie, just one member of your entire litter

Rhambo was the absolute coolest cat on the planet. “She” (Rhambolina as we often referred to her to make her more feminine) lived up to her name. She was with us for nearly 18 years. Even in her old age she still had zest.

She was found as a kitten in a plastic bag that had been tossed into the road from a car. She lived in the same house her entire life and she “owned” the neighborhood. Other cats knew it and dogs even respected it. She would often bring home stray dogs from the local park cause she knew she was bringing them to the right place. She brought us the late Nakita who is posted on here as well.

Rhambo used all her nine lives and I even think she stole some from other cats. She could catch a bird with one swipe that was in flight. She could hunt lizards with an eagle’s eye and she was the best mouse trap ever to be invented. Although as owners we were not elated with her gifts, she was proud to offer them to us each and every time. Rhambo was loved by all in our family, she was around for just so long. For grandkids and extended family members. She would wait up outside until all her family came home each night. She was independent and she was tough but she loved for her head to be rubbed.

Rhambo, I know you are in a great place and I know that you are surrounded with your buddies and I know that you have already established who is boss there. May you play endlessly with Nikki, may Nakita not harrass you, may Tigger respect that you are one tough broad, may Minx snuggle with you, may T.A. rejoice to have you near and may dear sweet Sadie stand by your side. You will be missed terribly. Max misses you. And I am sorry that we were not able to get to you quicker when you broke your leg and I am sorry that we were not able to give you a proper send off due to the crazy move. You are one great cat. We “all” love you so.
You are truly missed.

Sweet catnip dreams,
Rhambo
