ROSIE
Gentle, you were and loving to all.
It seemed we would never miss you,
You were always at our call.
You greeted our waking and our return home.
You slept on our laps , curled up and warm.
How could we know how all alone
Your passing would leave us ; so forlorn.
Always in our hearts
