My precious little Rosie. You were my first Bichon that I rescued. As soon as I picked you up in Paul’s Valley and we drove home, I knew you were gonna be a special. You ruled the roost here, loved all the little boy fosters and tolerated the little girls here. You brought joy to my heart and tears to my eyes with you antics. You are my special little angel. JJ is up there waiting for you. Take care my special little friend.
