To my beloved Cat Sasha.
My beautiful black & white double pawed queen.
An outdoor cat that seemed to survive all elements.
A mother of many beautiful kitten litters and my very first pet.
When you were first given to me I was to young & naive to know what it meant to be a pet owner.
Now as an adult and a cat owner of two, I fully understand what it means to be a responsible and loving pet owner. I feel so guilty for not knowing then, the things that I know now.
If I could turn back the hands of time I would turn them back to take better care of you.
I know that you survived the best that you could. I always pray that you and the Great Spirit can find it in your heart to forgive me for not being a responsible “mommy” .
It’s been along time since I have seen your beautiful face.
If you are alive, I hope that you are happy & well.
If you are in spirit, I hope that you are at peace.
I pray that when it is my turn to enter the spiritual world that I can see you again, only then to take better care of you and love you the way that you deserve to be loved.
Until then, I will forever keep
you close to my heart.
