Sassy by Tim and Lauran / Mom and Tim

Sassy was our blue point Siamese that earned the nickname “Ms. Filthy McNasty” by all that knew and loved her. Sassy belonged heart and soul to my son Tim… she was his first pet and loved deeply. The feelings were mutual. In her six short years here, Tim was the only person she never bit. Tim’s friends (all teenagers) were actually scared of her, as were all of my daycare kids. Sassy loved babies, until they learned to walk, then she’d walk up to them and bite them on the head. She never once broke skin, but she was the alpha being in this house, without question. I bet you are wondering why we miss her. LOL

Sassy was an angel to us…. she was always the first at the door to greet us when we came home.. always the first on your lap the minute you sat down. She was also the first to greet me every morning as I made my coffee…. she’d stand in the kitchen and talk her little Siamese head off. 🙂 She was so sweet and so affectionate and so devoted to Tim. I never realized how important she was in my life as well, until I knew we were going to lose her. At six years old, sassy was to young to have to go… I will miss her every day of my life. Though her passing was painful, I can finally carry her in my heart with a smile.

We'll always love you Sassy!
