Our cat Skippy has cancer.
We have been fighting for his health for 6 months,
even going so far as to amputate his front leg.
But now he has developed a tumor behind his right eye and
we do not feel removal of the eye is an option that is fair to him.
Through all the vet visits proceedures and medications,
he has remained the same loving kitty he has always been
but it has become obvious he is tired of fighting.
He is our best friend and has been a real constant in
the entirety of our relationship.
I wish to memorialize him by writing a book
possibly for children so that I may share the wealth of
love he gave me with others.
