SMOKEY MY SWEET ANGEL BOY IN HEAVEN. I REMEMBER THE DAY YOU WERE BORN, YOUR MOM HAD FOUR KITTENS, BUT YOU WERE ONE OF THE CUTEST. YOU WERE SO TINY AND HAD SMOOTH GREY HAIR. I REMEMBER WHEN YOU GOT OLDER, YOU WOULD FOLLOW ME TO WORK. YOU WOULD THEN TURN AND COME BACK HOME. YOU WOULD ALWAYS WALK IN FRONT OF MY FEET, THEN STOP RIGHT THERE AS IF YOU WERE TRYING TO GET ME NOT TO GO. SMOKEY I REMEMBER THE DAY YOU DIED. I HADN’T SEEN YOU IN A COUPLE DAYS AFTER I LET YOU OUT, THE NEIGHBORS DOG HAD GOT A HOLD OF YOU AND KILLED YOU. I DIDN’T KNOW TILL THE NEIGHBOR CAME AND TOLD ME. MY SWEET SMOKEY I CRIED AND CRIED, IT BROKE MY HEART ANOTHER ANIMAL CAN BE SO CRUEL. MY SWEET SMOKEY IT’S BEEN A YEAR AND I STILL MISS YOU, AND STILL CRY. SMOKEY I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU ,YOU ARE NOT EVER FORGOTTEN. AND I WILL MISS YOU ALWAYS AND FOREVER.
SLEEP IN PEACE MY SWEET, ANGEL SMOKEY,
