TO MY BELOVED SMOKEY
Although your time here on earth and with me was
too short,you were well loved.
Your loving and funny ways will never be forgotten.
You always saw me off in the morning and welcomed me back
in the evening. You rolled on your back for a tummy rub
and scratch. How you loved to play hide and seek when I
changed the sheets and you loved to wait by a corner to
pounce and grab my foot as I went by
(you hadn't forgotten your ancestors ways).
As another anniversary of your passing is approaching,
I know that you are in a wonderful place where you are
healthy playing and having lots of fun.
I will always miss you my little tiger.
