Dear Sophie
I know that we only knew each other a short while and I had planned a long and wonderful life for us together. I want you to know that you touched my heart and made me warm and fuzzy all over deep in my soul. I miss your pink nose your floppy ears watching you joyfully play at the park and rubbing your belly every night. You were loved by everyone who met you because you were the most beautiful girl in the world both inside & out. We all miss you very very much.
Please watch over me and give me your blessing as I search for a new pet and friend. She will never take the place of “the Sophie-dog” but hopefully we can bring each other joy in your memory.
