When I was a senior in college, I decided that I wanted to get a Weimaraner puppy. I looked in the local paper for months when finally an ad appeared for puppies and they were only a hour or so away. Next thing I knew, I was on the road to go see the breeder. The breeder was located in Southern Iowa on a small farm where they had the mom, dad, and grandparents of the new liter. When I arrived, there was only 1 of the 5 puppies left. A baby girl named “Bubbles””. She was so sweet that I just had to pick her up! I then decicded to take her outside where she proceeded to chase my friend around and nip at his heals! From that moment on, I was in love. She slept on my lap the whole way home. It was then that I decided to name her “”Stormy Weather””.
