You Will Never Be Forgotten
Someone said a long time ago, that if I had only friend left, I would want it to be you. Taffy, you were and will always be my one true friend.
You went to heaven, to be with your sisters, Lady and Princess and now once again together as friends forever.
I miss you so much my little girl. Your memory lives in my heart forever. I will never forget the day I first met you as you were just a little black furball all cuddled up in a corner. When you seen me you came up to the front of your cage with your tail wagging letting me know you needed a home.
I couldn’t resist, so I brought you home to meet your two other playmates, Lady & Princess, who accepted you immediately. You three played and romped around the house and brought so much joy to my heart. You were special though, Taffy, you were very close to me, sleeping at the end of my bed and being near me.
Those days are gone now, but I know you are in a much better place where you are no longer in pain and can once again, play with your sisters and all be puppies again.
When the day came to say goodbye, I took you to the doctor and he said this would be best. He put you to sleep and when I came in, you were resting so peacefully. I cried when I seen you, I didn’t want to let go. I feel so lonely and hurt without you. Your sister, Foxy misses you very much too.
I will miss you Taffy so very much and there will not be a day go by that I will not be thinking of you. I will miss my kisses from you and you rubbing your head against my legs and barking at me when I gave you a treat. I wish you well my little furbaby and I know in my heart we will meet again and all be together again.
