Oh sweet little “Tina”, I’m not your Mom, I’m not your Dad, but I am your Auntie Jeanne. I remember for years trying to talk your Mom & Dad into getting a sweet little girl like you; it took awhile, but they finally agreed to get a puppy.
The day I came to pick you out. There was no question on which puppy to take. It was YOU, the tiny one and oh so cute. You stayed with me for about 2 weeks, and then your Mom came to pick you up to take you to your new home and to meet your Dad. I cried, but I knew that you couldn’t of had a better home and NO ONE could love you anymore than they could. It didn’t take long, and you won their hearts…
You tried so very hard to get better, so hard. You were a brave little girl, Tina, and when you couldn’t fight any longer, you in your own way, let your Mom & Dad know, that it was “Ok”. It was time for them to let you go and be free.
Their hearts have been broken, Tina, so please, find a way, to let them know that you are ok, and that they will be, too. They need to hear that sweet girl.. they need to. Go play and run with Candy and Snickers and be happy, as you so deserve.
You have been taken away from them, but you live on in their hearts, forever, and NO ONE can ever take that part of you away from them. Goodbye for now sweet girl.
I loved you, too…
Love,
| Tina |
