Dear Whiskey,
Well it’s the day after your passing and we miss you so much already, I don’t want to believe your no longer laying in your spot, you gave us so much in your 9 years here with this family, we now know you’re in a better place with your mother as we knew you missed her so much and that is where you wanted to be.
I know your health is restored and you are young again, the way you were meant to be and the way we will always remember you.
There is such an emptiness felt here now, but I know in time just like with Comet that will fade and we will forget the loss but never forget the memory of you and what a great and amazing dog you were.
I know if you had a choice you’d still be here with us and you’d never want to see us cry or feel the loneliness felt with your loss, but we know you loved us and we will never forget your life here with us.
WE LOVE YOU LOTS SWEET WHISKEY! Rest in peace.
See you at Rainbow Bridge one day, be waiting there with all our other beloved pets who meant just as much as you did. We will miss you and be in our thoughts and hearts forever.
