Schnooby by Tania and Sean / Mummy and Daddy (Tania and Sean), Herbie and Hect

After a very short illness, it was decided that Schnooby’s time had come, to pass over to Rainbow Bridge and it was a heartbreaking decision made out of our great love for her and now we find ourselves saying goodbye to 12 wonderful years of our life together. We are told that at Rainbow Bridge, she is whole and healthy again and running around playing in the meadows.

“Princess” Schnooby was loved by many. She was the most wise, girly dog in the world. Night and day, we would tuck Schnoobs into her plump feather duvet (“Schnooby sandwich”) and follow it with a kiss. Such a simple act, yet one we so miss. You never really get over loss, but you learn to live with it. Schnooby was a wonderful, loving gift to us and we were privileged to have journeyed through her life on earth together with her.

“What is Dying?” – by Bishop Brent
A ship sails and I stand watching till she fades on the horizon, and someone at my side says, “She is gone.” Gone where? Gone from my sight, that is all. She is just as large as when I saw her… The diminished size and total loss of sight is in me, not in her. And just at the moment when someone at my side says, “She is gone,” there are others who are watching her coming, and other voices take up a glad shout,”Here she comes!” …..and that is dying.

Lots of love for eternity and beyond,
Schnooby
