Dear Jakob, my little piggy;
Since the day I laid eyes on you, you were my friend, my companion and my hero. You were there for me through many good times and bad times and even on my darkest days it was you that comforted me and gave me the strength to keep on.
As I continue on with the next chapter of my life, I will miss you and think of you often. I am sorry you got sick and I could not be there to hold you when you passed away but I know you are safe with God now.
