I knew the day was coming
It wasn’t far away
Your body was getting tired
Too tired for you to stay.
I looked deep into your eyes
and saw you had had enough
I had to make the decision
and I knew it was going to be tough.
But I know that you are happier now
As once again you are pain free with all four legs
you can now run and play to your hearts content
happy, like you used to be.
Thank you Roxa for 12 great years
and all the fun we had
For always being there when I got home
Whether my day had been good or bad.
You’ll never be forgotten
and your memory will live on
Your spirit will always be with me
Even though your body is gone.
No one can take your place, you will always be loved.
Goodbye to you…my beautiful girl Roxa….
