Pete the quiet and trusting horse
was loved so much.
But life didn’t start that way for him,
His life was hard.
When he came into our life things changed,
he could roam with friends with no expectations
which gave us joy to finally see him free.
After a long life, his time with us was over.
We said good-bye with tears and kisses.
Pete will forever be with us, his quiet eyes,
his beautiful paint colors so bright.
But most of all his gentleness.
Thank You Pete for all you have given us.
