August 2000, is the first We met you. You were so tiny and full of life. You danced around in circles and was just so playful. I was skeptical at first about taking you home, because where we lived at the time, we weren’t allowed to have pets. But we took ya home anyway. You were so adorable, everybody loved you. We kept you safe and quiet for a year and a half. With the help of Daddy taking you bye, bye
everyday with him to work in the big truck.
We finally moved where we didn’t have to hide you anymore. You went outside anytime you wanted and barked whenever you wanted. The only thing that we forgot to do was warn you, not to go in the street. We all figured that you must of spotted a cat or a rabbit and took off after him with intensions of playing, but the car that was flying down the road didn’t see you in enough time to stop. Instantly, you were taken from us.
We all miss you dearly, Pedro, and wish you were here with us again. We watch the videos of you and our hearts ache so bad for you. I miss calling out “Sun” and you’d come running to me. My walks at the park were never the same without you. You will always be with us
in our hearts and minds.
