Mopsy by Tammy & Ashley Wood

Mospy was my first dog, I got her when I was 6 on my birthday. She was the best dog anyone could ever have. She was a very playful dog I remember the times she would roll around on her back in the middle of floor, or how she would open up some doggy treats. We would wrap up in wrapping paper for Christmas. She was so cute! She would grab a hold on my mom’s pant leg and start pulling on them when she had to go out side.

I had so much fun with her. 15 years went by and I knew she was getting old and she wasn’t going to leave long, But I never knew it would come so soon. It was February 22, 2003, and she did like she always did rolling around on the floor all happy, but when that night came around she was acting so strange she wasn’t her self.

Well, Sunday, February 23, 2003, came and she didn’t eat. She didn’t roll around on the floor something was wrong! She was breathing really hard. Something had to be done so me and my family took her to the nearest vet they told us she had a lot of fluid on her body and she was drowning in it. I didn’t know what to say. I just sat and cried.

The Dr. said they would give her some medication and everything would be better afterwards, but it wasn’t she only got worse and that evening she past away. I’ll never forget her. She was a part of my family. My best times of my life was when I was six to Fourteen. Feb, 23.2003 was when my life ended. My life will never be the same.RIP

In loving memory.

We will miss you so much,
Mommy & Sis
