Max came into our lives as a companion for our dog Harley. They immediately bonded together, he became an instant member of our family. Max was a very loving pet he touched our lives with his kisses and love. He and Harley were very close to each other. They loved to play and slept together, they were rarely apart. Max was diagnosed with Cushings in late 2013, he later was diagnosed with Addisons. Max struggled for a year with ups and down, he never had the energy he once had, his little body was giving out, it was heart wrenching to see him fight this disease.
He was also had the onset of diabetes, we felt Max’s quality of life and suffering was hurting him. We had to make that painful decision to let him go to the Rainbow Bridge. Our hearts were broken as was his brother Harley. We held our little Max as he passed. We know we did the right thing for him, but miss him terribly. God Bless you Max.
We miss you and love you always,
